Shell:

Milk chocolate (33.6% cocoa solids): Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

 

Filling:

Raspberry Caramel - Butter (MILK), glucose, granulated sugar, lemon juice, raspberry puree.

Vanilla Ganache  - Glucose, butter (MILK), whipping cream (reconstituted skimmed MILK, palm kernel oil, water, palm oil, modified maize starch, flavourings (contain MILK), MILK protein, thickener (E415), acidity regulator (E331, E340), emulsifiers (E471, E332, E435), salt, colour (beta carotene), Sorbitol syrup (E420).

Vanilla Extract - Invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, water, vanilla extract.

Vanilla Bean Paste - Invert sugar syrup, vanilla extract, water, sugar, spent vanilla seeds, thickener (tragacanth).

Topping:
